Thanks for purchasing our products at M/S ARC Fitness. We offer you assurance when it comes to placing an order with us and try our best to not let any of our services dissatisfy you. But if any of the products purchased doesn’t meet your expectations & you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help, and you can return it without any worry.

You may return it to us for (a full refund/store credit /exchange only.) We request you to read the returns policy along with its terms and conditions to make it easier for you.

Return and Refund Policy on Arc Fitness (Terms and Conditions)

  • You can return the product within 7 days from the date you received the purchased products, indicating your reason for the return, including pictures of the packaging and products and mention your preferred action (replacement or refund) send this all details at or you can contact us +91 7378639074 available hours 10:00 – 14:00 (Mon-Fri)
  • To receive a refund or a replacement, you must return the item in the same condition you received along with a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You have the right to cancel the delivery while the product is being delivered; in case you accept the product, you can file a complaint within 24 hours.
  • To be eligible for a return, your purchased product should be unused and in the same condition that you received it; ensure that the product security seal, MRP sticker, and tags on that product are intact, i.e. your item must be in the original packaging condition without any tampering.
  • After we receive your purchased product, our team of professionals, the quality team, will inspect it and update us about the product’s condition. It will take 7 days to investigate the matter.
  • On receiving a positive response, the processed refund will take place & we will get back to you and initiate the refund or replacement procedure. (Replacement is subject to availability of a particular product).
  • The Purchased Product money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the product purchase. For credit card or debit card payments, it may take 10-14 business days for a refund to show up on your account statement or for Cash on Delivery (cod) orders; we will contact you and initiate the amount as per your convenient payment mode.
  • If you are entitled to a refund, you get back 100% refund, including the delivery cost.
  • If we learn that you have damaged the product, we have the right to dismiss your complaint and send it back to you. You will receive it within 14 working days.
  • If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged and Wrong Purchased Product or Missing Units

  • If a Purchased product is found damaged, missing or incorrect as per your order & the description on our website, customers have to escalate a concern with us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a pickup for your purchased product. In case the pickup cannot be set by us, you can return the item through courier service at Arc Fitness, S.NO.83/2 Anant Dangat Industries, Ground Floor, Near Venkatesh Engg. Shivane, Pune, Maharashtra, India-411023 and we will return the courier costs.
  • Then, we will issue either a full refund through Arc Point Credit or a different item in exchange, as you requested. Replacements are subject to the availability of the particular product. Please note the standard 7-day return policy won’t be applicable in these kinds of cases.
